Ann has years of experiencing of helping people change and manage fatigue & pain within living well with these things. Ann lives with pain & fatigue herself and has learnt to thrive & live well with both.
Best practice for treating people with fatigue is to treat the whole person, working with body and mind which are inextricably interlinked. Following the best available evidence in a way that meets individual needs is important to us at Unity Physiotherapy & Wellbeing. The first appointment is a holistic assessment of how fatigue is affecting you and your quality of life. This involves understanding you and your life, including what activities are meaningful to you, including those that you can’t currently do and exploring what you would like to be able to do.
