Integrative Somatic Wellbeing

Supporting somatic awareness, compassion, and whole-person wellbeing
What is Integrative Somatic Wellbeing?

Integrative Somatic Wellbeing is a holistic person-centred approach that supports the wellbeing, personal growth and healing of the whole person (body, mind and spirit).  This approach can help people reconnect with their bodies, build inner trust and safety, and develop a compassionate relationship with themselves.  My approach to somatic wellbeing is trauma-informed, and grounded in nervous system awareness and regulation, somatics, embodiment, mindfulness, compassion, and sustainable, values alined living.

How I Offer This Work

I offer this work in two distinct ways, with clear boundaries and intentions for each

Integrative Somatic Therapy

Individual sessions offering personalised, therapeutic support for nervous system regulation, embodied compassion, wellbeing, and healing.

This work is suitable for people navigating chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, complex health conditions, or those who simply want to improve their wellbeing.  It may integrate specialist physiotherapy where appropriate for fully integrative, whole-person care.

Integrative Somatic Therapy is not psychological therapy and is not a substitute for it.  Where appropriate, I collaborate with mental health professionals to support ethical, trauma-informed care.

Integrative Somatic Wellbeing

Group workshops and bespoke wellbeing programmes focused on embodied wellbeing, nervous system regulation, compassion, values-aligned living, and personal development.

These offerings are experiential and educational in nature.  While they may feel therapeutic, they are not intended as a replacement for psychological therapy.
