Bespoke Workshops
Ann can create bespoke workshops and group programs drawing on any aspect of her Integrative Somatic Wellbeing approach and can include her specialist physiotherapy capacity when this is helpful. These can be designed around specific themes such as stress management, self-compassion, or values-based living, and tailored to meet the needs of the group or organisation.
Workshops can also be adapted specifically for people living with chronic health conditions such as ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, Long Covid, PoTS, and other complex conditions. If there is interest, dedicated versions of existing offerings—or new tailored sessions—can be arranged for these groups.
Most of the workshops include a health questionnaire as part of a booking form and the 4/8-week series usually include a free 15-minute call to explore what you’re hoping for, any adaptations that may be helpful, and to ensure the offering feels supportive and appropriate for you.
If you would like to co-create a workshop that supports your group’s specific needs, please get in touch to explore options.
