Workplace Workshops and Programmes
As part of supporting the creation of compassionate, trauma-informed ways of working and workplace environments, I offer a range of one-off talks, workshops, and longer programmes. These are designed to support sustainable cultures, compassionate leadership, and staff wellbeing. When delivered for a specific workplace, they are always tailored to the needs and context of your organisation.
This work goes beyond standalone wellbeing sessions. While the workshops support individual wellbeing, they also attend to relational dynamics, leadership practices, and organisational culture, helping compassionate, trauma-informed principles become embedded in everyday working life.
My workshops and programmes are grounded in compassion-focused work, particularly Compassionate Mind Training (CMT), part of Compassion Focused Therapy. CMT provides a structured, evidence-based framework for understanding and cultivating compassion at individual, relational, and organisational levels. Compassion-focused training supports participants to develop the skills, awareness, and embodied practices needed to work compassionately under pressure — including emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and the capacity to respond wisely rather than react from threat-based patterns.

Why These Programmes Are Different from Typical Wellbeing Offerings
Unlike standard workplace wellbeing sessions, these programmes are not “one-off fixes” or surface-level interventions. They are designed to:
- Embed trauma-informed and compassionate principles into organisational culture
- Support sustainable staff wellbeing alongside leadership and team development
- Address systemic and relational dynamics, not just individual stress management
- Provide practical tools and embodied practice that influence everyday interactions
- Reduce burnout and enhance resilience through long-term cultural and behavioural change
Alongside this, I can offer specific guidance and support for employers and staff where chronic illness, persistent pain, fatigue, or burnout are present, including group and 1:1 support.
Who Is This For?
These offerings are designed for organisations that value connection, compassion, staff wellbeing, and workplace sustainability. My primary focus is on health and social care, though these principles benefit workplaces in every sector.
