Thank you to Ann for reminding me how important it is to slow down, gently bring attention to the breath and breathe through my nose more to increase oxygen delivery. The Buteyko method has taught me that breath work can help me regulate quickly and safely, that it is a powerful resource when it comes to menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, and that it can be used anywhere at anytime. I have integrated numerous techniques into my day and found it truly empowering. Thank you Ann for the wisdom and your trauma informed, inclusive approach.
